Climate Innovation Forum 2025 to convene global climate leaders ahead of COP30
Monday 23rd June 2025, London: More than 2,000 leaders from business, finance, government and civil society will gather on Wednesday 25th June at London’s historic Guildhall for the Climate Innovation Forum 2025, convened by Climate Action.

Now in its seventh year, the Forum is a flagship event of London Climate Action Week, serving as a critical platform to drive forward real-world solutions for the global net-zero, nature positive transition.
Harnessing London’s status as a leading international climate hub, the Forum brings together high-level decision-makers from government and the real economy - those with the influence and capacity to translate climate innovation into large-scale, impactful implementation.
The main stage programme at the upcoming climate summit will feature a distinguished line up of global leaders and experts.
Confirmed speakers include The Rt Hon Ed Miliband MP, UK Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero; Marina Silva, Environment and Climate Change Minister, Brazil; H.E. Mukhtar Babayev, President of COP29; Laurence Tubiana, CEO of the European Climate Foundation; Ali Mohamed, Kenya’s Special Envoy for Climate Change; Elbia Gannoum, Brazil’s Special Envoy for Energy Affairs for COP30; Rachel Kyte, UK Special Representative for Climate; Dr. Richard Mattison, Head of Sustainability and Climate at MSCI; Rowan Douglas, CEO of Climate Risk & Resilience at Howden; Lord Adair Turner, Chair, Energy Transitions Commission; Maria Mendiluce, CEO of the We Mean Business Coalition; Linda Freiner, Chief Sustainability Officer at Zurich Insurance Group; Mary Schapiro, Vice Chair of the Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero; Nigel Topping, UN Climate Change High-Level Champion for COP26; Chun Yin Mak, Global Senior Vice President at Univers; Ruth Davis, UK Special Representative for Nature and Piers Forster, Chair of the Climate Change Committee who’ll be unveiling the committee’s 2025 Net Zero Progress Report.

Expert organisations including EY, AECOM, Santander, South Pole, the Climate Action Coalition as well as the Government of Brazil, will lead action-oriented roundtables and high-impact side events on a number of crucial topics including transition planning, carbon markets, regenerative agriculture, sustainable finance, and green skills.

The day will conclude with an exclusive gala dinner co-hosted by Climate Action and the London Climate Action Week Secretariat in partnership with Bloomberg, providing a unique networking opportunity for global climate leaders.
