The world stands at a pivotal moment as we grapple with the formidable challenge of climate change whilst facing a loudening anti-climate narrative. Dramatic emissions reductions are needed by 2030 if we are to meet the goal of the Paris Agreement. Now is the time to redouble our efforts, be bold with our ambitions, embrace new technologies and highlight the phenomenal growth opportunities of the transition. We need courageous leadership and collaboration - across sectors, industries and borders – to deliver the transition at the speed and scale needed.
This is the purpose of the Climate Action Coalition: to demonstrate the growth opportunities of the transition to a low-carbon economy and harness the power of collaboration to mobilise collective progress.
